Delivery & carriage:
The delivery will be from hufbeschlag24, Langerringen. The dispatch from packages in the inland will be made by GLS (General Logistic Systems) or DPD (Deutscher Paketdiens). We are legistimatet for a partly delivery. Follow-deliverys are for free.
The deliverytime are 2-5 workingdays. We are not responsible for the deliverytime, when there is no written confirmation. The company "hufbeschlag24" a effort for a delivery in time. If it comes to a delivery out of time, we only make a free return about the packages, how will be deliverd to late. If a work is not available, we can do come right of withdrawal from the contract. The customers will be informed immediately and payment that will be made, going back. Is there anything damaged and/or there a missing things, please contact immediately the Parcel-Service or our company. Please do this by fax or mail.

Payment:
in the moment, delivery only by pay in advance. Dispatch of goods after received the payment.
Guarantee:
The guarantee are legitimacy and starts with the day of delivery. The customer have official duties, to control the goods after resive. Is anything wrong, please write to "hufbeschlag24" immediately. Your guarantee is for the time being extension. Repeated after treatment are allowed. After this, you have the choose, you can go back from the contract or cut down the prices. We donīt be responsilde for damaged by faulty handling or strange effects. There is no guarantee for goods, they have an visible, external defekt after use.
Right of return:
after order, you can go back from the contract for 14 days. They keep in Period, when the buyer do this by mail, fax or letter within time. Inside this time, the recall of the goods are our risk. We take the coasts for delivery, if the value of the goods is over 80,00 Euro. In both times is no ground for return necessary. The recall of the goods have to must including all deliverd accessories, in a firm packing. The return from individuell goods or special models are impossible. The date for this, are the deliverydate. Not named goods or to late back-deliverys are impossible.
